About Us

Who is Poolamedics?

Poolamedics is the Los Angeles and Ventura county affiliate of the Pool Dentist. Tim, the owner, has been performing underwater repairs since 1999. Before that, he trained for the better part of a year with the Pool Dentist, learning his techniques and how to recognize problems and to have the proper solution.

Who is the Pool Dentist?

The Pool Dentist is a small company based in San Diego and in operation since 1988. It is comprised of a few affiliates spread throughout California. The Pool Dentist started its operation using basic hand tools such as chisels and small sledgehammers, and progressed into using pneumatic air tools. This technique not only speeds up the repair time, but also makes the repairs more uniform in appearence.
